Colour is on by default (untick for B&W). Applies to all 3 buildings (A, B+C, Salt Barn) and overrides the IFC materials (Brook: IFC colours not correct). Defaults = City selections 9/23/26 (charcoal roof/doors, gray siding, copper trim/gutters, Ridge Cut Redwood stone); cap colour + windows ASSUMED. Wainscot = colour split of the IFC wall faces at 40" AFF (no geometry change); the Affinity cap is display-only geometry (not in the IFC).
Buildings
Street pit: plan footprint (2D, orange) with its C1 concrete pad + guardrail. Add more building IFCs via scripts/buildings.json.
Layers
Site (v8, from Brook's civil sheets 2026-10-25): sheet 4 Construction Site Plan, sheet 5 Proposed Grading, sheet 15 Retaining Wall and the Utility Site Plan, vector linework georeferenced to the sheet-4 state-plane callouts (RMS 0.38 ft). Drawn: HMA pavement (K) inside the 6" curbs (13); two C1 concrete drive approaches to Grant Line Rd; Grant Line Rd sidewalk, office-south + Building B-east sidewalks (F, 5"); street-pit C1 pad + guardrail; landscape island (LD) with 3 flag poles; 6' perimeter fence (N, W, S); retaining wall (sheet 15 coordinates + top-of-wall elevations); proposed utilities per Utility Site Plan 10-26-26 (water, sanitary, electric, gas, downspout drainage + manholes) and the dashed detention outline (2D on grade). Outside: IndianaMap 2022 Floyd Co. 6-in aerial on the USGS 3DEP 2017 lidar.
ASSUMPTIONS: Proposed grade = linear interpolation of the sheet-5 spot elevations (leaders auto-read, ~1-3 ft placement) + 460.08 at every building corner; lawn blended 12 m into the 2017 lidar; the proposed contours themselves are not traced. Curb 6" reveal / 18" depth, fence fabric (chain link) + 10' posts, guardrail W-beam + 6'-3" posts, retaining-wall thickness 1.5', flag-pole height 30' are not on the plan. Utilities are drawn on grade (plan: installed min. 36" below final grade). The 10-26-26 sheet replaces the 10-20-26 sanitary options 1 + 2 with a single route. Black double-line pipes with manholes ("Manholes for Downspout Connection") are not in the plan legend: shown as downspout drainage, type ASSUMED; manhole marker size ASSUMED. Salt barn overhead-door end faces east (engineering review 2026-10-23: the only orientation that works on the site; no longer an assumption). Buildings B+C IFC is 236' vs 233' on the plan: B body 202' matches, the Mech 106 bump-out (4') is not on the civil plan, C is 30' vs 31'; the centred fit shifts the building ~1.5'. Building A overhead doors are 14'x14' (IFC type is named 8'x6'-6"). FFE 460.10 ft, state-plane placement. Light fixtures are not shown. Linework in orange/yellow is 2D from the plan, not 3D.
